The Virgin Islands Association, Inc. (VIADC) is pleased to announce our 2022 Winter Ball on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Live! Casino & Hotel located at 7002 Arundel Mills Circle, Suite 7777, Hanover, Maryland 21076. The event time is 6:30 pm to 2:00 am. Tickets to the event can be purchased by visiting the VIADCs website at www.viadc.org ("Event Tickets" Tab).

The Winter Ball is our primary fundraiser that generates revenue for VIADC 

scholarships and annual programs. As VIADC prepares for 2022, our goal is to increase our efforts to enhance the number of scholarships we award. In honor of our anniversary, we are compiling a program booklet for all attendees. We kindly ask for your support. The advertisement booklet size 8.5” x 11”.  There are a variety of ways to advertise in the booklet:

Sponsorship Categories

Choose sponsorship category, then enter a dollar amount.

A Platinum Sponsor pledges $5,000 or more. In addition, you share the distinction of showcasing your logo at the event, a one-page program booklet advertisement, and an advertisement on the VIA web page. 

Branding Opportunities: Platinum Level opportunities will provide the highest level of exposure to all event attendees 

  • Company marketing information on the VIA website & social media for up to 12 months following the 2022 Winter Ball   
  • Company logo on the inside cover of the program booklet   
  • Venue – Differentiated as a Platinum Sponsor, your company logo will be highlighted and emphasized on-screen at the 2022 Winter Ball.
  • VIP seating for 6    
  • 1-page advertisement in the program booklet

A Gold Sponsor pledges $3,000 -$4,999. You share the distinction of showcasing your 

logo at the event, a half-page advertisement in the program booklet, an and advertisement on the VIA webpage. 

Branding Opportunities: Gold Level opportunities will provide the highest level of 

exposure to all event attendees. 

  • Company marketing information on the VIA website & social media for up to 6 months following the 2022 Winter Ball.
  • Venue – Differentiated as a Gold Sponsor, your company logo will be highlighted and emphasized at the 2022 Winter Ball screen. 
  • VIP seating for 4    

1/2-page advertisement in the program booklet

A Silver Sponsor pledges $2,000 -$2,999. You share the distinction of showcasing your 

logo at the event and a quarter-page advertisement in the program booklet.

Branding Opportunities: Silver Level opportunities will provide the highest level of 

exposure to all event attendees. 

  • Company logo on the last page of the program booklet  
  • Venue – Differentiated as a Silver Sponsor, your company logo will be highlighted and emphasized on the screen at the 2022 Winter Ball.
  • VIP seating for 3    
  • 1/4 -page advertisement in the program booklet

A Bronze Sponsor pledges $1,000 -$1,999. You will share the distinction of showcasing 

your logo at the event and a business card size advertisement in the program booklet. 

Branding Opportunities: Bronze Level opportunities will provide the highest level of 

exposure to all event attendees. 

  • Venue – Differentiated as a Bronze Sponsor, your company logo will be highlighted and emphasized on-screen at the 2022 Winter Ball.
  • VIP seating for 2
